Monday 17th September 2022 “Yellowstone in Black, White & Infrared” with Simon Weir

We welcomed our guest speaker Simon Weir for an informative talk about the iconic Yellowstone National Park.

Simon provided many fascinating details about the history, geology and ecology of Yellowstone highlighted by a stunning time lapse video with music and some amazing mono landscapes.

After the break, he featured the animals of Yellowstone – not only via his stunning images but with the sounds of the foxes and swans and physical contortions to show how bison feed through the snow.
