The Bracknell Forest 2022 Photo Competition

Bracknell Forest Council has just announced its annual Photo competition – details are here.

Just as last year, Bracknell Camera Club is a co-sponsor of the competition and Paul Hendley will be one of the judges. Information about the competition, including full terms and conditions, can be found on Bracknell Forest Council’s website.

This year the competition challenges amateur photographers to capture ‘Bracknell Forest’s mood-boosting places’. The organisers have helpfully listed ideas to get entrants started.

The competition is free to enter. The submitted images images must be taken in the Borough, and be emailed to the competition email address  by Monday, 31 October 2022.

The best photo entries will win a share of a £225 prize fund, provided by competition sponsors: Duncan Yeardley Estate Agents, Economic and Skills Development Partnership and Bracknell Camera Club.

Paul Hendley, Secretary of Bracknell Camera Club and a Southern Counties Photographic Federation judge, said “This competition has previously generated some truly excellent images across the last two seasons. The entries show that  there are lots of  talented photographers in the Bracknell area. Bracknell Camera Club currently has openings for next season for those who want to further refine their skills”
