13th January – Background to my Photography – Philip Stevens
There were quite a few audible “Wow!” moments at some of the stunning photographs during Philip’s fascinating series of anecdotes illustrating his life-long enthusiasm for photographing fast jets and helicopters. He has become so well known in his field that he gets opportunities for air to air photography and has even plied his trade on a nuclear aircraft carrier!
There was quite a queue at the end of the evening to buy his book. An excellent evening, if a little extended!
