Chester, the English Pointer: a ‘William Wegman-inspired Portrait’ by Gladys Perrier
Influenced by William Wegman’s images of Weimaraners stylishly dressed in trench coats, sou’westers, hats, beaded necklaces and the like. I took his idea and adapted it for this poised English pointer. To preserve his dignity. I added a cape from a previous shoot in the edit.

Digital Camera says:  An interesting homage to Wegman, Gladys.The use of the dark background certainly enables Chester to stand out here. Fantastic control of the light and well styled. too.
