ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We strongly recommend that all members should try to attend the AGM and the traditional Margaret Woods Competition that follows it. However, if you cannot make the evening of June 10th, please recall that the constitution states the following:

“Members unable to attend an AGM or SGM may provide written proxy votes either specifying the votes to be made or nominating another Club member to vote on their behalf. The Chairman shall have the casting vote.”

Consequently, if you cannot attend but you wish your views to be known/counted, please contact the club secretary at with your vote or information on who will be voting on your behalf.
